Personal opinion; I would stay as far away from Nebraska as you can, specifically south of Bougainvillea it really starts to get rough.

I have tried calling the permit and inspection office but can't get an answer or anyone to call me back, so wanted to see if anyone on here had any advice.We are in Omaha, Nebraska if that helps.

In terms of my location in the NE, the SE area of Florida makes the most sense - although the emerald coast was extremely tempting.

If you are thinking about buying a property in the North Loop area, Uptown, NE, etc. - yes, they are all very warm seller markets.

Does anyone know of any credit unions/savings & loan banks/regional banks in NE Ohio that are willing to loan to LLC's for the purchase of investment property with a personal guarantee by the owner of the LLC?

I am looking to buy a duplex in NE TX area in the next few months, due to work relocation.
