Very unusual:  We are in a period of inflation yet the interest rates are low. 

The average days to sell seems to be unusually low.

El Paso, TX has Rent and hold deals every week, It's not unusual to find 1% deals around El Paso, TX. 

I am just starting out in real estate, I have a slightly unusual market area and situation that I would like to get some other perspective on.In 2015 I bought my first apartment thinking that I would live there myself.

For us long term buy and hold investors, it would not be unusual for one property's depreciation schedule to have as many  as 10 separate depreciable assets, each with its own depreciation schedule. 

I used to work abandoned properties and found out it is really not that unusual for past due mortgages to go unpaid for years or decades without foreclosure.  

Is this an unusual request?
