I am not aware of any solution for the text spam, except just turning off the indicator noise for texts so at least it doesn't interrupt you.

Like other broker posters on here who can't or won't show proof, won't open and initiate a REC investigation, I am wondering if OD has rattled your entitlement and posting/bashing OD is a reaction to your lost business.

One of my units may be vacant the beginning of next year and I had considered attempting to do a STR, but it’s right next door to me and I have a few dogs and a couple kids, so the noise level may be too much for people on vacation.

I keep trying to find isolated, privately located properties to avoid the noise issue and neighbor complaints, which is very hard.

I don’t need to know more to knock that snake out of his hands.There is so much more that I’d like to respond to-- your conflict of interest, for instance, but it would all get lost in the noise, so I’ll just stick with this one point.

I like the inline fans because all you can hear in the bathroom is a very faint air whooshing noise.

Has anyone noticed that BiggerPockets is roughly 140,000 post away from a million?I bet that if we, as a community, gave posting an extra effort we could reach 1,000,000 posts within this year. Thats only 25,000 posts...

It’s just background noise.  

Remember this, people are constantly being bombarded with different marketing and advertising messages, so to cut through the noise you MUST learn to differentiate yourself.
