When you buy the loan, you don't own the real property, so you can't perfect an instrument against the subject property in this structure.

BUTThat’s all music to my ears because if there is only 5 investors after a property I want it’s better then 500 investors after the property I want.

Reading anything real estate related that I can get my hands on, listening to the BP podcasts instead of repetitious music and patiently building the capital to attain my goal is what I am currently working on. 

I have a music business, though thinking about shutting it down, rentals, and CFFU. 

I have a new tenant who likes to hang in his garage and play music.
