@Jon Holdman - By looking at Monitored topics list, you can come across these.For those who asked, the threads in that category have been hidden by the moderators due to some violation of the BP rules for posting; could have been religion, could have been spam, could have been too much heated debate/argument where things got personal, etc.

It's supposed to be in the lease.Please be aware that if you let someone in your house to test for lead (and probably they're going to find it positiveon that last layer of paint sample) the monitoring record they cut could be yours to disclose for the rest of the time you own the house and show it to prospective buyers.
