Long story short, we had to take the home off the market to get a TDI mold remediation expert to refute the inaccurate report and wait for this company to make repairs to the damage they caused to the property.By the time we got all of that ironed out the market had significantly slowed down and showings were few and far between.

I would definitely use this as a learning experience to improve your lease as much as possible, making sure the late fees are iron clad and communication is clear on late payment of rent.

These are the same idiots that insisted we paint WHITE the old cast iron (slightly rusted) vent pipes on the roof of one of our rental properties.
