Personally,  I would not address any issues prior to the eviction based on his "outburst"If you were not required to do so,  make a clean copy of your lease and notice for the judge so you can provide him/her a copyRead and know your lease backward and forward and highlight any parts pertinent like notices for repairs and suchMost of all, be confident on your court date !!
