I grew up here so I am a little biased.

I'm not sure if this is a personal bias or not. 

I'm biased because I am from here, but I love Augusta, GA.

@Brian Larson consider me biased (Vallejo born) but I LOVE what Vallejo has to offer not only as an investor (flipped a home in college park in 2019) but as far as an economic development hub that will continue to grow (namely the development at Mare Island) I just listed a home for sale in Vallejo that is going to sell 65k over asking within hours of it being listed, the market is BOILING and Vallejo is no differnet 

Although I'm biased, I also love NKY.

I am obviously biased with submetering vs.

I might be biased, but as close to a year-round attraction as possible.

Personally I like Indianapolis better, but I live here so might be bias.

And I think it's telling that when someone is interested in a deeper look on this subject, as @Mark Ferguson has been, out come the ad hominem attacks and accusations of bias rather than clear explanations.
