@Brendon Toyne too much education is an overkill. real estate is not rocket science. especially if you start small like house hacking or buying single family rental. the best way to learn is by doing. the lesson you learned from doing it will be with you forever it is way better than learning it from others or reading books. real estate is a relationship business. a lot you have to learn from experience not from reading books. when I first bought my rentals.

Sure, the systems that they teach are not rocket science, but there is a big difference between learning what to do and actually doing it and achieving results. 

As Aaron said, see what else they do besides just property management which isn't rocket science.

It's not an exact science at all. 

RE is a science, not a game, not a series of steps, not a mechanical process, it is a science that includes the artful manipulation of applicable elements, rues and laws just as any other science is practiced or applied to arrive at a solution or end result.

I think that anyone who tells you they have mailing down to a science may not be correct. 

As a science experiment I'll post it on a few of the other sites mentioned here and let everyone know the response.

If you put your proprieties in a land trust, it does not take a rocket science to find out who the owner is, and if you get sued, and they can sue you and the land trust and what are you going to do if they request a deposition are you going to lie it would not be a good idea because they might have the facts.

I don't think this is rocket science bit want to include this as part of my due diligence prior to jumping in.
