@Aaron Klattappreciate the reply. no garage. i imagine building a standalone building would be quite a bit of money. triplex has 2 identical triplexes near buy. middle triplex has coin operated units (1 washer/1dryer) for all the triplexes to use. just looking to raise rents and more importantly get tenants who want to stay long term and most who decide they are uninterested is bc of this factor

You won't pay any taxes and don't even have to rebuy title insurance as long as the LLC ownership is identical to the ownership you own it in now.No go buy yourself a 4 plex with your VA benefit.
