You would owe me for the last months rent, the legal fees for the eviction, the improper termination fee, and any damage.If you pay the last month's rent, and give property notice that you will be out at the end of the month (even though you know you'll be gone sooner), and leave the place in good shape, you're going to get most or all of your deposit back.

When I get calls, I will get calls on those other "for rent" signs, so I ask where they saw the sign, and I can assure you that there will be some who never saw the sign on the vacant one (and some who saw most or all of the signs too).

Reputable foreclosing trustee's are usually very concerned about doing things right, they may simply be confused with the complex title (probate, 3 trusts).Maybe one or all of those trusts were the owner when the loan was made.
