I see data, pull it myself and while most states are still behind the number of defaults we were seeing in 2019 (pre-covid), they are quickly catching up, with some states, cook county for example is actually higher than 2019.  

Underground wells and aquifers don’t have state boundaries, so these deep water wells stand to harm communities in neighboring states, along with Mexico, and all so that you can get the same fruits and vegetables year-round in the grocery store.

The weather and vegetation was/is no different.

Knowing Chicago or Cook County laws  the tenant has to send you a specific type of notice and this note she sent you was only partial of what she has to do to hold back funds but giving you 14 days to correct the issue.

Those "behind the walls" items really add up.People seem to like canned lights in a kitchen, but the light output from them (to me) seems shadowy, and not very much use when cooking something. 

Their cooking is a hazard to them and to your property.

Think of them as the recipe you hand to a chef to cook up your order.
