I am a school teacher at a private Catholic high school here so not rich, lol.

We're teachers, so we aren't ballin' out of control like some of the folks on this site, but we've found a good area and a realtor who will video a walk thru in the middle of the night...lol.

Just like there are bad carpenters, dock workers and teachers. 

In some states, teacher salaries go up 50% based on nothing but tenure.  

Back when I was in school teachers used to ask everyone "what do you want to do when you grow up".

I doubt it would fly.The schools want that money 100%.And if they teachers there could do this, they would be doing it for themselves.

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.

Talk with the teachers union?

I have a property manager who has my back, a realtor who is a good teacher.

Haven’t made the first purchase and we’re both teachers, so not much to spare.
