Has anyone tackled these questions?

You're not sure what the property is worth and most investors don't tackle short sales on their first deals.

It tackles Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Health care, tax reform...etc.

In some case they can be used effectively, but using them puts you just one level above "Spamming Craigslist" as a marketer.This business all starts with finding the motivated sellers.  

That’s very interesting I have a 2 bedroom 3 bath home with a complete Movie room in a furnace 1200 sq ft basement with the movie Theater room on one side and on the other side of 50s Diner’s theme room with pool table giant air hockey machine and other equipment as well as exercise equipment I also have a finished guest home one bedroom one full bath with kitchen and living area on the same property which also includes a $30,000 dock with boat lift nice setting area and tackle shop room on Lake Taneycomo the main home has a very nice size deck with a beautiful view of the lake breathtaking in the winter in Branson Missouri with no homeowners fees or any other fees except for a small $75 a year fee for road maintenance around the lake area that is in Branson Missouri 

It is very hard to find something legit in this space due to the overwhelming amount of spam and scams geared towards what I am looking for.

Lots of athletics types on BP (for example, I think I saw an all American football newbie today, and  I have an interview with a former Clemson football captain, now tackling real estate big time, in my blog here on BP, viewable in my profile).

The way I see it is, while your taxes are relatively basic, you own one or two properties, and you have more time than money this is something you could tackle yourself. 

there is a market for a solid value (with help from a little clever marketing) - a property where all the really tough stuff is done, stuff a DIY would not want to tackle.

I literally won't work with these guys because all I've seen from them is daisy chain deals.Now, when I see deals from them (still can't manage to get their emails to go to spam 100% of the time), even if I can't find out for certain whether it's a daisy chain, I won't even consider working with them because I don't feel like they're trustworthy.Being transparent and honest will get your far in this space, largely because it's so rare.
