and a lot of Canadians still like Florida for the winter - there are direct flights from Europe and SA to Miami etc and the cruise ships leave out of FL ports - I personally dont like the crime, sinkhole and lack of drinking water risks that are present but most people on vacation dont care about that - isnt the big disney park in FL?

They were talking $10 a gallon at the pump by now, skies being quiet with no planes, societies becoming local again because shipping and long distance transportation cost prohibitive.  

Anything you want to learn about both the platforms can be researched on youtube (what to look for, how to sell it, how to ship it).  

But if paralyzes you from taking risks and living in a meaningful life then I can definitely see how knowledge can be a curse.I sat down with one of my hard money lender’s a couple weeks back who has become a friend of mine and I saw on his wall a picture of the ship leaving the harbor.

Tesla semi will go 500 miles on a charge.. and will have Super Duper chargers that will give a full charge in 30 minutes. so why they are loading and unloading wa la its charged and ready to go.Also they are FAST and unlike diesel trucks who strain to get to 45 MPH up a 5% grade TEsla will do 60 MPH  and oh to 60 with 80,000 pds in 20 seconds compared to over a minute for diesel.. batteries are good for over a million miles.at least out here in the west were we have a lot of mtn grades on our hwys your shipping time drops you save HUGE money on fuel.. and there is no oil changes .. and very little maintenance.. and brakes will last the life of the truck as the regenerative breaking will stop the rig.. 

However are you able to save yourself from happening with the ship?

There were two reasons I bought this lot... 1) for the city water and sewer, and 2) because there were no restrictions and therefore I could build RV sites AND site built or manufactured modern cabins, shipping container houses.
