I add the following clause to my Rules and Regulations which are part of the lease agreement:Under Maintenance and Repairs Section:Cost of repair or clearance of stoppages in waste pipes and drains, water pipes or plumbing fixtures caused by Tenant negligence or improper usage are the responsibility of the tenant.
