But in the same sentence, please note, this is my own, limited empirical evidence probably with some bias since I'm human ;).

@Jamie Banks  I would caution anyone using that feature on furnished finder to consider how far they are from a major city and consider demand might be biased by people looking for that city.   

They seek out information on the internet that adds to their confirmation bias....but then get upset when someone actually says, no I think you got it wrong.The company/individual were acting within their own interests to buy and sell real estate.

Some people buyers/sellers have biased against lawyers so one I disclose which I have to do they just walk away.

I know most people have a strong bias in one direction or another - for us so far it's been renting - however especially for those that can operate either way and have a good model/approach for making these decisions...

Some of my bias is definitely based on hearsay, so happy to hear that parts of the area are seeing development.

We have one of the best real estate markets in the country in my biased opinion. :) Prices are overall very low compared to other areas and our job market and growth is positive. 

This is all subjective and very much effected by exposure bias.  

I am biased towards real estate because it has served me well. 

I’m biased in that I like simplicity.
