The next 2 months of summer should just be driving for dollars and finding properties to canvas and building your crm... no one ever talks about how hard it is to find deals, but houses arent crypto or stocks... to find good investments you have to go look for them off the internet especially in hot markets.... this s*** is time consuming brotha....Once you are hitting the ground running and have already sourced your key contributing team members...

STeve I am of the other side of the coin..

This will put a lot of coin in your pocket quickly without using any of your own cash or credit.

"increase the income always" coin is to reduce the cost.

They have been adding new features like enabling crypto purchases directly from their platform, but again - I'd already set up an LLC with my self-directed IRA funds, so they don't need to be involved every time I need to make a transaction.

We use Werner & Co in Macungie.

Keep in mind this is NOT a new strategy we did literally thousands of these deals as HML prior to 08 its how turn key worked in those days you have younger investors on BP who think they invented it .. they just coined the phrase and those who don't know what they don't know think this is some new fangled great thing..
