I am torn on what kind of review to leave.Here is what was wrong:Rotten trim on the front porchPorch deck board with a lot of play indicating support beam underneath needed to be repaired.The ac filter did nothing as there was a door with louvers on back side of air handler intake where bulk of air was being pulled fromMattress needs to be replaced.All rooms with tile floor (3 rooms) had cracks in some of the tile.Lights burned out in bottom of microwave that shines on stoveTV was good sized and had cable, but was not a smart TV and this was the only TV in the house.No gutters on house, buth tin overhangs over window.

I am looking at the property this week to check the inside of the units.With a face-lift to the outside (paint, repair decks, repair entry door awning, general cosmetics), the basement waterproofing repairs, and any immediate rehab needed to the interiors, I have estimated the following numbers.

I am thinking of having them do the front path entrance and stairway to the first unit, the driveway which belongs to the first unit, the path to the entrance of the second unit, and maybe the deck/deck stairs or at least a pathway on the deck to the slider-the deck is shared between the two units and the slider leads to the first unit.)
