I just got a call tonight that from someone that I mailed to and he said " I got you letter a couple of months ago and now I am ready to sell a few houses." so if the phone doesn't ring right away don't it.

It's not an easy job, and if you search the forums, you'll find that some people's stories are that it took them 8-12 months before they got their first deal.Even if you get the phone to ring, that doesn't mean you'll get a deal out of it. 

I've started doing mailings and the phone is ringing.

Account Closed   I am starting with hand written letters to try and get the phone ringing and will transition  into mailing services of letters and postcards as I get busy and put systems in place.

I bet every time the phone rings most say "Hello" but heck thats just guru talk...Please...

I'm also going to try to answer the phone every time it rings even though I have a full time job.

We used the snap packs they kinda look like the same thing the banks sends you when you get a new PIN Number for your ATM CardLast month we dropped 3,000 pcs and our phones have not stopped ringing. we see about 35-45 calls /day its a few tire kickers but we are getting out message out and the call to action is working...obviously...lolThe list is the most important thing.

I also gotta say that I saw my phone ringing, the first thought that went through my mind was a tenant calling to have a toilet fixed or something like that, but when he said he was the handyman, I felt very relieved.
