Rents for 2bd/1ba that are similar in that part of town go for 650-850 and 2% puts me around 618/month, so I am getting the butterflies in the stomach about this number crunching...hoping it will pan out.

You can do a quick people search for other wholesalers in your area.If that doesn't pan out I suggest you start hitting the streets(or phones) and start talking to title agents in that area.
