This will generally be where homes are most affordable such as the Midwest and Southeast.

You not only have Toyota and Nebraska Furniture, but it's an easy drive to the new State Farm HQ, planned Raytheon expansion, and generally all of the Telecom Cooridor players & planned expansion.  

All these homes are in southeast Georgia, all center townhouses in an HOA community where a monthly fee I pay covers pressure washing, lawn care and access to some neighborhood amenities.

If you are talking about southeast fresno (east of 99 and south of 180), you can definitely find numbers like that, but it will take work and time.

I found an example online where a stripper in Nebraska sued for gender discrimination, though that case was dropped too.  

When I was younger and single I used to want to spend all my time on beaches in Southeast Asia surrounded by cute young women.

Nebraska and Iowa are and that's having significant impact since tenants know they can't get evicted so elect not to pay rent.

There is no stay at home order here in Nebraska, though there have been limits placed on many businesses and those rules are similar to stay at home orders in other states.
