All-in-all, super diverse town.

Id definitely prefer the food diversity of Houston and i think the humidity there is similar to Seattle.

This is a great area for it - slow and steady growth and highly competitive when it comes to attracting employers and  a good diversity of companies. 

Its a very diverse area.Be careful!!!

I do not know anything else about Illinois so make sure the economy is diverse and the population is growing in the market you select to invest in.
