Additionally, I know of an opportunity to make a little extra $$$ in providing a perpetual servitude (10' x 10' with driveway access) on one of the lots to a government entity that is doing a type of surveying in the area.  

What does a survey show?

ENJOYn the 53 metro areas surveyed for the March RE/MAX National Housing Report‚ the average number of home sales increased 9.9% over sales in March 2014 and were 33.9% higher than February sales.

Each purchasers down payment paid for survey and closing with a title company  and because I offered owner financing the lots sold very fast.

Since we have an LLC for the REI business, would it provide any protection if we survey out the parcel of land on which the cabins will sit and have the LLC lease the property from us?

From January 2013 to January 2014 (Alexandria Office of Housing: January 2015 Annual Apartment Survey) rent levels decreased 3.3%.

Ok, it’s really more of a survey, and it’s really not required.

I have done an informal survey of the market (through craigslist) and I got a lot of great feedback from potential renters.
