It seems rather unethical or simply strange that I am approved but only if I move all my larger accounts over to them.Any thoughts or comments on this?

Hi Greg.I know this is strange and something that goes against the grain but the builder and myself would be in the point position together.

The divisions generally know very little about the other and for some strange reason, they never refer you over to the other division.  

Just thought it was really strange that there's a house sold for 120k right next to a house sold for 56k, literally next to each other on Haynes St.
