With this Vision, I can clearly steer my Investment Vehicle through road blocks, pulling the trigger where the road is clear, and holding back when it is not.

They should be able to give you information about which areas to steer clear of.  

I won't go to many more as she didn't steer very well.

If anyone has experience initiating the Section 8 process or steering a tenant through Section 8 approval, I would appreciate any guidance.

As stated in the very initial post, refrain from trying to steer discussion into other areas.

I’ve tried to warn them or steer them back on course, sometimes they listen and sometimes they don’t, but just like yelling to someone to get out of the street before they get run over, at least when they get run over you know that you did what you could.  

I replaced the a/c, rebuilt transmission, replaced steering rack, radiator and catalytic converter.

(So that I can steer away from being homeless).I hope you have found another avenue that has brought you financial success/security and that you were not homeless for too long.
