Obviously I am somewhat biased because of this, but I've had a lot of success in the area.  

I'm an agent here in Reno, NV so I'm obviously bias but have been extremely bullish on this market long before I became an agent and my family and myself have been investing here for years. 

I've been investing here for quite a few years and am of course biased lol but the numbers speak for themselves. 

We know very well the "whole real estate" structure in CA is having more bias toward the seller, it's giving an advantage to the seller in big way (no contingency,etc,etc) ... it's almost like an Ebay auction system, if there's a buyer willing to buy 100k or even 500k more, the appraisal would just match it. 

I could be bias but I also am about to buy my 7th property here in Austin.

I like Lakeland, Florida a lot (very biased opinion) it's about an hour away from Tampa and Orlando with a growing market and homes average around $300,000.

This is for the entire county (there are zero for sale in Palm Bay)I might be biased, but I still think Brevard County is one of the best places to live in Florida and most people predict continued growth both economic and population.
