@Ryan Kopf The way most modern solar works, is pannels have grid tie power inverters on the back of the panels feeding backwards through the meter essentially producing you an electric credit.

Actions on contracts 5 years, on negligence 4 years (I may have those backwards)... either way both out of SOL currently and discovery rule is not favorable to those who are not paying attention.

@Don Thornton my thoughts are that a good property manager should know the current market rents backwards and forwards without either tool since they are actively involved in the market and renting out properties all the time and neither tool should be necessary for them as they have their own firsthand data based on personal experience.
