I'm actively seeking other individuals who have scammed out of money so he can be the next guy being chased around by the TV news anchors and/or in handcuffs w a mug shot.  

We opted for FUBO tv subscription for about the same cost as YouTube. 

We are currently team buy and hold....my family gives us a hard time that we should do a TV show - RENT THIS HOUSE....then maybe we could see how they pull some of those ridiculous remodeling numbers :)

@Arlen Chou ,I was going to put a TV on something over there, so I like the idea of sealing it off with something that provides some sound protection, then just putting an armoire for the TV in front of it.

I was watching on TV over the holiday some guy broke the world record for solving a rubix cube. 

I have had great tenants that are seniors who still write checks and a religious family that had no tv or internet. 

This way, you and your roommates don't always have to share space, and you are less likely to be stuck in your room because your roommate is watching something on TV that you don't like.I came across a property where the primary bedroom was on the first floor, and the secondary bedrooms were upstairs; there was a large empty landing area that would have been perfect for a small kitchenette area.
