@David Faulkner is on the right track, but at this FMR, I would expect tons of amenities, lots of cultural activities near-by and an ocean view.I see the seller is speculating / fishing just to get out of the property.

Small brokers will probably fall off in time trying to stay up with compliance, big fish eat little fish. :)

Since I'm a big guy I figure I can just walk around looking vaguely confused about where I am and just occasionally belly flop on the ground and then rive around like a fish out of water for a minute

I mean you would not go fishing without getting a fishing license right ? 

I think this was partly because I was working with a very busy and established agent, and I am also not a "big fish client" (yet!).

House is fully rehabbed, with metal roof, 3-2 1800SQ FT Rents go for 1100.00/1200.00 1 Mile away from Texas City Dikes with fishing and parks around. 

Anytime someone says something like that to me or my staff (usually fishing or outright asking for discounts or special treatment) I immediately write that investor off as a time waster.

I'm selling my ice cream business and looking to  flip houses with other money or learn anything new that can make me some cash to go fish and surf!
