They buy a product to use, like buying a hammer that will make them a craftsman.It's pitiful, just pitiful to hear newbies, especially young people trying to start out to make a living in this world, much less getting wealthy, and referring to guru crap or some technique or system as an education.I've never met a wealthy man who only used a shovel to make money.

I get that a wealthy doctor who invests in real estate would prefer to be hands-off and purchase a turn-key A or B class place with little to no headaches; I'm simply a guy who can handle the B.S. a C-class brings and I deal with the added nonsense all for the superior cash flow.
