You can always modify an agreement as you go, but it might be better to describe the details to hold the deal together.Take the wood destroying insect inspection, mention as required here, it may be irrelevant, but a buyer won't be aware of infestation or damage.

I can't recall how we figured this out, but apparently a mouse had become trapped in the oven wall and there was no way to get it out.

A Series LLC would be ideal, but one LLC with a good Operating Agreement is all you need.I also suggest you have your LLC Operating Agreement in sections adopted under one Master Operating Agreement.

The Section 8 rents for the entire country are published by HUD at their website: HUDuser.org At the website click on "Data Sets" and "Fair Market Rents" for your specific area.This one website can make you money in Section 8 as well as property not in Section 8.
