I understand that people don't like looking at stats, but I know the demographic I'm going to be pitching to, and it's mostly people heavily involved in the stock market, that like to hear numbers and stats to back everything up.The best way to convert a stock investor to real estate is to prove that they won't lose their shirts in real estate they way they did ten years ago in stocks.

Buying and investing in houses,apartments,land,hotels,gas stations,office,industrial,retail,etc. all takes a specific skill set to do PROPERLY.How you arrange and structure capital is different as well.If you are jumping in to a new asset class of investing for yourself you need help to start off right.I have seen people jump from one asset class to another and then lose their shirt because they thought it wouldn't be that different and had the big ego from success in the other asset class.Most banks will want 25 to 30% down on a near to fully occupied complex that can show stable rental income for 6 months and preferably for 1 year or longer.New construction deals and value add deals are more risky so requirements vary.If you want to talk I can be reached by contact info.
