I agree that the right professionals have a better idea and understanding of what we should do to best protect our investments however, I am one to need a solid understanding of what I am doing before I jump in.Thanks for taking the time to read and do hope the background and thought process sheds a little more light on the original post.

Thank you and yes I think the price is too high as well ,It’s Just complicated coming up with the comps we Did run a syndication but only 2 leads but they didn’t respond so I guess It could be the price But there are homes that have sold for that much In the area similar we have agreed to Reduce the price October 1st …I think my Realtor is having a hard time pricing the house because It’s A 2 story with no basement but It has the same square footage It’s 1800sqft It’s really big Totally Renovated and it sits on 3 parcels 2 Sheds and a 2& half car Garage !

Can anyone that has closed wholesale probate transactions shed some light regarding the probate duration?

Something tells me you're going to see it more and more in the news in the future, investment funds being set up for it, some people perhaps making loads, and maybe many shedding a lot of tears at the end of the day..

I've seen ceilings cut out, windows with black duck tape, doors completely ruined, sheds with holes in them, outdoor electrical outlets completely hack sawed to pieces, and additional buildings built other the property with no permits, and not up to code. 

The place is more of a storage shed than potential profit center.

It has a code A and has something to do with depreciation and AMT limits ...If anyone can shed some light on what the heck this is for, I would great appreciate it.BMR
