Are the ways of the modern day wholesaler coming to an end, or will this simply be another bump in the road the wholesaler has to overcome?

@Joe Villeneuve I 2nd this comment, completely agree, and $100/month was never going to cash flow.. there will always be obstacles that you will have to use money to overcome.

It depends on how badly you want all these tattoos and how much work you're willing to do to overcome the additonal hurdles that being inked everywhere is going to present.

Agree with everything she says and offer a plan to overcome her concerns.

Often times there may be a few references to mistakes, but not much on how they overcome mistakes and obstacles, etc.

Investment in real estate is extremely hard work and requires many years of dedication, and above all the willingness to overcome obstacles.  

Overcoming the first steps in investing are already hard.

Plenty of people (agents included) can come up with pie-in-the-sky ideas of how to change and improve a house, but few have a real understanding of what that work entails, what challenges will need to be overcome, and how long it will all take and what it will all cost. ...how did this agent know all this info?

This has been key to help me bounce ideas, overcome obstacles, and hold me accountable.  

There's products to overcome that but it's going to cost money somewhere...
