This depends on the existence of a duty running from the defendant to the plaintiff, a breach of that duty, a resulting injury, and the dollar amount of damages required to relieve that injury.

Next time I'm at the file cabinets I'll see if I can pull a draw contract, but in my neck of the woods they're usually one page and calls for some meeting of the mind on what constitutes percentages, ie none that I have used are so specific that there's no room for interpretation.

@Bradley Chiakas General Liability would protect you and your client against claims of property damage and /or Bodily injury.Any claim involving a worker's injury would be handled by the workers comp policy.
