My point was that "private lenders" are not companies in the lending business or individuals seeking to make loans to the public, if such lenders are advertising they aren't private lenders anymore.Pooling funds with more than three parties can fall into securities issues, there are new exceptions that aid in small financing arrangements, crowdfunding being one, but providing the assignment of a security interest can be an issue as three can never share equally and two won't be if the balance is an odd amount, someone has to be paid off first or last. :)
