The LLC creates a false sense of security.

I know this sounds absurd but it is true.  

Welcome to the future, we are all a commodity and you don't escape it by false comfort in your paid service.

And you also know that you have to actually buy the education to make money, so as someone wrote selling to make money to buy the education is false. 

To say that leveraging will ALWAYS be preferred and yield better results than not leveraging is just patently false.  

In the DC metro I notice more properties are painting the plywood black and then painting the window grills over the black so it gives a false sense of a window.

I didn’t want to be accused of filing a false complaint. 

The insurance offered by AirBNB is junk, broken promises and false sense of security. 

I think the Attorneys General of several states will take interest.I've watched a few of the videos, it's demonstrably Bad Training, False Hopes, Overleveraging, unsophisticated lenders ("gator lenders" formerally known as "gap" lenders and "bridge loans" who get burned) and that will lead to disasters and more legislation.

Many of these services still ring a recipient's phone before kicking over to voicemail, which means they likely fall into the same bucket as the absurd robocall epidemic that's exploding all over the globe.
