That's well written and spot on.It's tough because BiggerPockets and the REI crowd in general values encouragement and optimism.  

Had the system improvements had no issues or it was better I would be doing nothing but compliments.Sometimes people developing websites or programmers think of things through their eyes and not how users will optimally use and get enjoyment from a site.

At the end of the day, your research might ultimately reveal that neither is an optimal solution and there is another scenario that is better for you. 

Nowadays its easy to find a website even if its not optimized properly.Have you checked your Google Analytics lately to see how traffic is coming along, and what keywords your site is getting traffic from?

Hi Elizabeth could you eventually mention something about that tax strategy to optimize returns?

Optimally I would love to be able to use the property for maybe a month or two total in the year.

But they are optimized for mobile (which is how many millenials are searching for VR properties) and optimized for large, beautiful photos.
