Currently a Broadcast Engineer primarily working in sports television but also do many entertainment shows.

I still do the sport card wholesaling (no business partner anymore).

Added to these problems are small business' closing, kids not going to school, no children sports being played, not as many family gatherings, not as many people eating out, hotel stays, travel, and the list goes on and on.

Personally, I loved college, but I went more for sports than for school and if I were to do it again, I would have made some different choices.Thing 1: some states require college degree for your brokers license so check on that (though nothing wrong with associates or community college while working as an agent)Thing 2: some of my 17 yo decisions were pretty stupid, so I would suggest taking a step back and evaluating.

On a personal note, I enjoy sports (football, soccer and hockey the most) and love to hike and spend my free time outdoors.

Since, MF is a team sport, you must decide where your strengths lie and where you need to partner up.I “mentor” (hate using this word) small, focused groups.

I have a very nice LVP in our primary home...We have a 130 pound german shepherd and a smaller 45 pound dog....not a scratch to be found. 

Personally, real estate and business in general, are really what get me excited the most ( okay, maybe sports more), and I specifically love planning and preparing.

The str is 15 mins from a major concert venue and sport complex, so we've been booked every weekend.
