I also don't put much credence on Realtor or RE agent opinions on rent comparables because 1) many of them are absolutely clueless about the rental market and 2) they may state an artificially high number to push the sale and/or a higher asking price.

I don't think the prices are artificially inflated.

My primary goal is to facilitate my interests by investing my money intelligently as well as learning as much as I can.

Instead you condescendingly attacked my intelligence with a comment that can be summed up as, “only a lawyer can answer this.”
