Rough Estimate on Repairs (Since I have not done an inspection on the property yet)New Roof: $15,000New A/C Units: $5,000 (Not sure yet how many will be needed hoping its not all 4)Interior Repairs: $10,000 (Drywall, paint, texture where necessary from leaks) New Resurfaced driveway: $7,500 (Hopefully a high estimate)This property is currently bringing in $2100 in while the 4th unit is vacant but has the potential for $2900/month.I am new to this and want to get some other opinions on my best plan of action.

The thicker cover holds more paint, the slower motion allows paint to really saturate the wall, filling in the low spots on the texture and, if you do it right, you only have to paint one coat.

That area will also have the new boat fairy going in just north of the power plant.

It's just been released that LG is opening a factory in Clarksville and Hankook is about to go live with their plant here.  

Some areas require certain styles, textures colors etc to move the property fast. 

Depending on the composition of the ground you could lay pavers and plant grass or ground cover in between them.

Drainage ditch too deep The previous owners destroyed the natural drainage away from the house years ago when they added dirt and planted a large tree.
