Maybe the best scenario is that you're buying at a below market value where you have instant equity at the time of purchase. 

If you want the instant gratification of initial cashflow then not the best area but if you have the patience for long term you will be happy you did. 

Can you imagine being able to instantly be reminded of all your REIA club member's names or real estate agents, etc, just at first glance?

Most houses that are 30 years or newer are on slabs and the ground soaks up anything that falls on it instantly so they're not really necessary.

I would go to ussearch.com and run a instant people search for $2.50 (they have a two for one special going now.)That report gives you a relatives and associates summary.

I was instantly turned on to the site.
