You have to keep them without incentive to seek other means of compensation - which is why I think one key measure of health care reform that has been drastically overlooked or at least underplayed in the analysis of the bill is the incentives prescription drug companies pay to doctors to prescribe their medications who they also own stock in.

with that state of mind of total freedom and ingenuity why are there laws against selling drugs, robbing banks, all the vices that through laws are deemed illegal doesn't everyone have the right to their individual freedoms?
