Also, getting a hair strainer for your drain can prevent hair clogs if you don't like pulling out the accumulation from time to time.The property owner is probably talking to the manager asking them the same question, "If this seems caused by the resident, why am I paying for it?"

So all the the accumulation of appreciation during the decedant's ownership is essentially tax free and the basis is re-wound to be value at the time of the death.The bad news is in most estate situations the heirs want their money now.
