You can get a feel for these things by observance or talking to someone.

Maybe it was something everyone repeated (one too many times) and you never realized the significance of it, or a interesting piece of data you observed from a person mentioning about it?

Like most of the other Austinites on BP posting introductions, I'm mostly looking outside of the Austin area (San Antonio, Kyle, RR, Killeen, etc) for my first rental property because of the crazy high housing prices in this city.Since I'm a computer geek and can't distinguish myself by bringing a wealth of REI know-how to the table, I leave you with a few fun observations from the last 24 hours:1.

All three have property managers.My observation is the amount of maintenance/repairs depends on the quality of tenant and the quality of property manager.My rental here in Colorado - I get a call about every three months.
