IMO, Breckenridge has it all of you want access to a vast trail system (all seasons/sports), recreation paths, events, and a walkable/bikeable lifestyle downtown.

The point was mentioned that you can negotiate a better price by not using an agent, true, but to me REI is a team sport & if I started excluding my normal broker from deals word might get out, especially since I am in a smaller market.  

The content and resources in the student portal alone were worth the price of admission.Lastly, as many people on BiggerPockets would probably agree, real estate investing is a team sport. 

I know golf as a sport has declined over the past few years, but with the world changing maybe outdoor sports such as golf will see a renaissance.

When we go out to eat, enjoy leisure activities, or pay for travel sports- they know it is partly because of the buildings.

But for short-term rental success, or long-term, staying close to central Scottsdale, with all the entertainment, restaurants and sporting events, is a smart move.

Some of our tenants want specific language stations, or specific sports stations, or movies, or only child appropriate programming, etc.
