Go in and ask for a log of all the 911 calls within the past year that were reported on that particular street you want to make your purchase on.

The system logs the signors IP address, the time and date that they signed.

The most I ever paid myself is 21.00 per hour as an employee of my own company but I can assure you that not even close to all of my working hours were logged and paid.

I guess what I'm hoping for is some sort of systematic approach: I have a doc on my potential market for facts, I log property tax info, I investigate schools/hospitals in the area, I dip into MLS listings to compare neighborhoods looking specifically for "x".

I don't log in often.

I do a preliminary review of the application and if they meet my written Tenant Selection Criteria then I log on to mysmartmove.com and have them sent the instructions to pay and complete the process through them.  

I still have a lot to learn and I lo g road ahead but I am excited none the less.

Then, an hour later I log back in and my balance was what it was supposed to be.

I am here on day two of a weekend log seminar and it is really starting to sound like a scam. 

We have filed for eviction but waiting on moratorium to finish and then wait out a back log of evictions.
