I've experienced a couple changes in their reinvestment schemes and as such I basically own tiny portions of each of their offerings.

I think if anyone attended just one tax lien auction anywhere in this tiny state, they would see that picking up ANYTHING in NJ real estate, especially a lax lien cert., for pennies on the dollar just aint happening.
