Just like there are bad carpenters, dock workers and teachers. 

Back when I was in school teachers used to ask everyone "what do you want to do when you grow up".

I doubt it would fly.The schools want that money 100%.And if they teachers there could do this, they would be doing it for themselves.

After 6 years of buying my first rental property in San Diego, I have $120,000, in October increasing to $160,000 cash flow. 6 million in RE and 2.5 million in net worth.If a lowly paid teacher with a combined W2 family earnings of $80,000 a year can do this, anybody can.What prevents a great life, a good life.  

They will either have a low paying but meaningful career such as Police, Fireman, Teachers and Teachers Aides, Bus Drivers etc.

My passion is being able to afford food and shelter on a teacher’s salary.

I have renovation periods now where I have to manage my time very well, and structured time management was a regular part of my life for quite a few years as a teacher.

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.
